Portable Dvd Philips
Portable DVD player won’t work?
I’ve had my Philips portable DVD player for about a year and a half now. Last night when I tried to play a DVD, all I got was the starting blue screen (it’s been working great since now). It made squeaky noises and some other weird noises for a few minutes, then said there was “No Disc”. I’ve tried switching out different DVDs, removing the battery pack, smacking the thing a few times, and plugging it in different outlets, but nothing works. This has happened only one other time than this time around January this year.
As a doctor’s order to soak in the tub for half an hour twice a day, I have nothing else to relieve my endless boredom (watching the candle flicker for an hour a day really isn’t as exciting as it sounds)!
Please help!
I had a similar issue with my DVD player, I didnt have to bath though. I took mine to a repair shop and the guy said dont waste my money fixing it, they are so cheap buy a new one.
You could also contact Phillips and see how long the warranty is on the device, usually a year, might tell a small fib and see if they will cover it
